Five Self Love Affirmations During Divorce

Self love affirmations will help you through separation and divorce. Why? Because what you tell yourself matters! The way you speak to yourself has a huge impact on your beliefs. If you are constantly putting yourself down, judging yourself, and critical, you will begin to believe those thoughts are facts, even if they are not true!

Self talk is the monologue in your head as you get ready in the morning, catch your reflection as you walk past a mirror, prepare for a difficult conversation, scroll through social media, or interact with your ex.  What is your internal monologue? What are you telling yourself?

I am not good enough.

What you tell yourself matters. Think about what you would tell your best friend or child if they were in your situation. Would you criticize them or beat them down? No, of course not. When you speak negatively to yourself you slowly erode your self-worth
